Whenever I'm not in Paris, I am hosting my famous weekly cooking sessions.
Every Friday evening at my place, we gather in my kitchen to cook together.
Everyone is welcome. Anyone who loves to cook and anyone interested in learning to cook, even complete beginners, are especially encouraged to join in.
French Cooking in Carrboro
1st and 3rd Tuesdays beginning at 6:00pm.
Italian Cooking/Spaghetti Night
2nd and 4th Thursdays beginning at 6:00pm.

The idea is to prepare a simple dinner from scratch, including basic french, italian and european methods.
The most important aspect of the evenings are to have fun, learn to prepare delicious food,
and to enjoy the company of some local CS and MeetUp friends.

My area of expertise emphasizes french, italian, and my own "Mediterranean Riviera" cuisine. The gathering is dedicated to cooking from scratch, and to providing a place for beginning chefs to learn the basic techniques of preparing these foods. We will focus on the related aspects of fine traditional european cuisine. The evenings are offered as a very enjoyable alternative to the Friday night bar hopping/beer drinking scene.
*Health Foodies Please Note: We will prepare classic french, italian and european dishes that include meats, butter, cream and other rich traditional ingredients. Everyone is absolutely welcome to join us, but while we will always cook with high quality, organic products whenever possible, please be aware that the meeting is definitely not vegan, vegetarian, strictly chemical-free, or supporting a low-fat or otherwise "health food" diet.
